Safety Training
No activity in the outdoors is devoid of risk, therefore, here are some of the dangers you might face on our adventures and some ways to minimize the risks. If you have any questions, please let us know!
Physical Training
All of our adventures have an element of physical challenge, but our reNEW, reTURN, and reCALL adventures are particularly physically strenuous. We strongly recommend that the participants of these adventures train regularly 8 full weeks prior to the adventures. Here is a suggested training ideas and schedule for all who want to be well prepared for the physical challenges at ITW.
